1. Assist and cooperate with the director in charge to ensure the normal and safe operation of the high and low voltage power distribution system, lighting system, diesel generator system, emergency lighting system, peripheral lighting system and related equipment of the community and building.

 

2. Regularly and routinely maintain, repair and inspect the above systems and equipment, and make relevant records.

 

3. Be responsible for daily maintenance, emergency repair and related work of lighting and power consumption system.

 

4. Strictly implement the equipment management system and actively coordinate the work of electricians.

 

5. Complete other work temporarily arranged by superior leaders or the company.
